1. To participate in this offer, the consumer (vendor) must place their property on the market with Blenheim Park Estates.
2. The sale of the property will be subject to our commission fee and marketing package charge.
3. The consumer (vendor) must present the relevant leaflet or quote the reference code to qualify.
4. Once the transaction is completed (i.e. a sale is agreed, has been through conveyancing and legally transferred to a new owner), the consumer (vendor) will receive a £150 voucher for The Dore Bar + Grill.
5. The offer is not valid if at any point the consumer (vendor) withdraws from the sale.
6. The offer is valid from 13th May 2023.
7. The offer is applicable to properties within the local areas in which Blenheim Park Estates operate.
8. All listings are at Blenheim Park Estates’ discretion.
