1. The referrer must contact Blenheim Park Estates to provide their details and the referred person’s details to enable us to qualify the referrer for the offer.
2. To participate in this offer, the referrer must quote REFERAFRIEND or present the relevant leaflet.
3. To participate in this offer, the friend (vendor) must place their property on the market with Blenheim Park Estates.
4. The sale of the property will be subject to our commission fee and marketing package charge.
5. Once the transaction is completed (i.e. a sale is agreed, has been through conveyancing and legally transferred to a new owner), the referrer will receive their £100 at this point. There is no restrictive timeframe for completion in order to qualify for this offer.
6. This offer can only be applied to a maximum of one person per sale.
7. The offer is not valid if at any point the friend (vendor) withdraws from the sale.
8. The offer is valid from 1st April 2024 until 1st September 2024.
9. The offer is applicable to properties within the local areas in which Blenheim Park Estates operate.
10. All listings are at Blenheim Park Estates' discretion.
11. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer outside of this promotion.
