1. To participate in this offer, the consumer (vendor) must place their property on the market with Blenheim Park Estates within February.
2. The sale of the property will be subject to our commission fee and marketing package charge.
3. Once the transaction is completed (i.e. a sale is agreed, has been through conveyancing and legally transferred to a new owner), the consumer (vendor) will receive £500 back. There is no restrictive timeframe for completion in order to qualify for this offer.
