Updated Safety Procedures

Following the lifting of most legal restrictions today (19/07/2021), please see below an update on how our business will be operating going forward. 
At Blenheim Park Estates we value the safety of our staff and clients. Therefore, we have chosen to keep some measures in place to help control the risk of COVID-19. 
  • Face coverings are no longer a legal requirement and are optional for our staff and clients. If you feel more comfortable, we welcome you to use a face covering. If you would like our staff to wear a mask on your appointment, please do let us know and we will be more than happy to accommodate. 
  • We will continue to ask clients to wash their hands before an appointment. Hand sanitiser will be provided or there will be hand washing facilities available. 
  • We ask that all appointments are limited to as few people as possible to minimise contact - ideally two people from the same household. 
  • We also ask that whilst attending a property viewing you do not touch any surfaces and maintain as much distance as possible from others who are not part of your household.
  • If you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 or have tested positive, please let us know as soon as possible and we can cancel and rearrange your appointment for a later date.
Our office is also open and visits should be by appointment only where possible.
